SMS program terms

Effective September 12, 2026. Eli Powell's Personal Concierge is a personal development prototype for its single, explicitly enrolled owner. SMS messages provide conversational replies, requested context and results of user-directed tasks.

Message frequency varies with use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume messages for an already approved number, and HELP for assistance. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

The operator controls enrollment through phone-number allowlists and stored permissions. External actions remain subject to those permissions and any required confirmation. AI output can contain mistakes; an external action is confirmed only when its tool reports success.

Delivery and availability depend on the operator's development environment, network, carriers and service providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This prototype is not an emergency service.
