Privacy policy
Effective September 12, 2026. This policy covers Eli Powell's Personal Concierge
prototype and its voice, SMS, web workspace and optional Gmail interfaces.
The application processes participant phone numbers, message contents,
delivery metadata, consent and permission records, call transcripts, memories,
task results and audit events to operate the requested personal assistant and
maintain continuity between calls and texts. The owner can explicitly authorize
AI transcription during private setup and then call without a repeated keypad
prompt. Approved outbound recipients hear Cedar's spoken AI and written-notes
disclosure through OpenAI Live. Twilio and OpenAI process that opening audio;
the application temporarily buffers its transcript to check agreement. It saves
only minimal consent evidence until agreement, then saves the subsequent
conversation. It does not store raw audio. Advance recipient permission is
required before dialing.
Twilio processes telephony and messaging. OpenAI processes the content needed
for AI conversation and reasoning. Amazon Web Services hosts the private backend
and PostgreSQL database. With separate Google authorization, the application can
retrieve selected Gmail content and send only owner-approved email. Refresh tokens
are encrypted at rest. Gmail is not connected until the owner completes authorization.
These providers process data to deliver the service under their own applicable
terms and policies.
No mobile information, opt-in data or consent information is sold or shared
with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This
program sends no marketing messages. Operational service providers receive only
data needed to deliver the service.
Message frequency varies with the participant's requests. Message and data
rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for program information.
Conversation and audit data remain in the operator's database until the
operator removes them. The prototype has no automatic retention/deletion
schedule. Provider-side retention follows the respective provider policies.
The operator can inspect local records and handle access or deletion requests;
the operator is currently the only enrolled participant.
Public information pages do not display participant numbers, credentials,
conversation records or consent records. Reply STOP to stop messages. Questions
about privacy should be directed to epowell2@gmail.com.
